Yuba City Post-Acute is a 59 bed short-term rehabilitation facility located a short drive from Adventist-Rideout Hospital. We specialize in helping patients recover from major orthopedic injuries, joint replacements, stroke, heart conditions, and chronic or complex conditions.
Our Nursing team provides 24 hour personalized care. We are experienced in caring for patients with a wide range of diagnoses and needs including IV therapy, wound care, tube feeding, dialysis, respiratory care, cardiac management, and many more.
We specialize in post-hospital rehabilitation services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Our customized outcome-oriented therapy programs help patients rebuild the strength, function, and mobility needed for a successful return home.
