The professional nursing staff at Tri-State Health & Rehabilitation Center evaluates each resident upon admission because we know that every resident has their own unique needs, abilities and goals. The nursing staff works closely with the physician to develop a plan of care for each resident to ensure that we meet their changing needs. As a matter of fact, our resident's care is so important to us here at Tri-State, our goal is to staff at least one Registered Nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Services include:
