Stanford Court is a 105-bed 5 STAR skilled nursing facility primarily focused on post-hospitalization transitional care. Our greatest success is being able to help patients recover and discharge back home or to a lower level of care safely. We employ our own therapists and operate a large, fully contained therapy unit. Our goal is to help patients achieve their highest level of functional independence.
