St. Luke's Home Health Services provides patients with the care they need in the comfort of their home when their physician orders home health as a medically necessary part of recovery. The St. Luke's Home Health team works closely with the patient's physician to develop a plan to provide care for the patient at home. Home care offers a full range of nursing, therapy, social work, and aide services. The home nurse works with each patient on comprehensive care plans including assessments, teaching, treatments and therapies needed for recovery. St. Luke's Home Health Services provides care for individuals in St. Louis City and County, St. Charles County and Jefferson County. Most services are covered by Medicare and/or private insurance. If any services will not be covered under Medicare or your insurance, we will discuss the fees with you before providing the services. You can pay directly for your services if you are not covered by Medicare or another insurance plan.
St. Luke's Home Health Services is licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and certified by Medicare as an approved provider of Medicare home health services.
