Skilled Nursing Services - Our nursing staff provides patients and families with education regarding disease states, skilled observation and assessment of progress, wound care and IV therapy and home medication assistance.
Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy- Therapist develop plans to strengthen and emphasize increased mobility with therapeutic exercises and education for patients and families. Visits include education and training in activities of daily living with adaptive techniques and tools for achieving independence. Our goal is to keep your loved one safely in their own home surroundings.
Speech Therapy - Plan of care developed which may include evaluation and training for swallowing technique, cognitive assessments and language adaptation.
Medical Social Worker -Social workers coordinate contact with community resources or organizations to assist with emotional, financial and social concerns.
IV Therapy Specially trained nurses provide infusion services in the home for anti-infectives and hydration as well as IV catheter care
Certified Nursing Assistants- CNA’s assist with activities of daily living with a primary focus on assistance with bathing.
