The Administrator Simon Marquez has great people skills and very knowledgeable. He and his team has a good handle of things despite the pandemic. “My mom was a resident at the oaks of kissimmee. Each time I went there it was very clean and the nursing staff was excellent. Housekeeping was in perfect condition, no oders, no trash laying around. The building was spotless each time I went. I couldn't ask for a better nursing home to care for my mother when i couldnt. My moms call light was answered in a timely matter each call and staff came in with a smile and a greeting each time. I would definitely recommend this nursing home to friends and family. ”
