We are a short term, skilled, sub-acute nursing facility that provides quality skilled nursing care in a warm nurturing environment to patients who are unable to care for themselves. Our Center is a 5000 sq. ft. custom home with designed personal care.
Who can benefit from skilled nursing care: Adults who need 24 hour nursing care for wounds, injections, and medication management; Patients diagnosed with a form of Dementia, such as Alzheimer's Disease; Individuals suffering the final stages of a chronic illness and require hospice care.
Moorpark Health Care Center Services Include: Skilled Nursing Care; Licensed Inpatient Hospice Care; Social and Recreational Activities; and Physical Therapy Services.
