Meadowbrook Rehab is comprised of a 54 bed Rehabilitation Hospital Bed and a 42 bed skilled nursing Unit.Meadowbrook is one of a kind as it has an Acute Rehab, Brain Injury and Skilled Nursing Facility.We have one of only 14 Brain Injury Programs in the United States. In July of 2019 this program expanded to not only include Traumatic Brain Injuries but also acquired brain injuries: strokes, encephalopathy, seizures, anorexia, anoxia and so much more. This offers PT, OT, ST, Rec and Music Therapy as well as Neuropsychologist and Psychiatrists. Brain Injury Rehab is different than traditional therapy because we offer of 4 hours of therapy 5 days per week and generally have much longer average lengths of stay. Our patients are typically with us for at least 90 days, though some remain for the better part of a year. The brain Injury waiver not only covers our program but continues for up to 5 years and covers specialized DME, home modification and HCBS at discharge.
Meadowbrook offers 24/7 respiratory care and has the ability to do nighttime ventilators and newly established trachs. We would love to further discuss our clinical capabilities!
