Meadowbrook Rehabilitation of La Grange opened their doors in April of 2018. We are primarily focused on skilled nursing care and rehabilitating patients with goal of regain independence to have better quality of life when returning back home. We are a spacious facility with all private rooms. We have Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, and Speech therapy 7 days a week. We are able to meet a large variety of complex clinical cases. Including in-house dialysis, wound care needs with a full time certified wound care RN, IV antibiotics, pulmonology rehab, cardiology rehab, Infectious disease care needs.
