Longwood Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 120 bed Skilled Nursing center providing both sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation services as well as long term and Alzheimer’s care. Our team of compassionate health care professionals are dedicated to accommodating the needs of each resident through a personalized approach.
