Life Care Center of Orange Park is a 180 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. We specialize in short term rehabilitation for individuals who have had a medical or surgical stay in the hospital and require nursing and therapy before returning home. LCCOP also provides long term care for those who in need of 24 hour nursing care.
LCCOP provides physical, occupational and speech therapies seven days a week for many diagnoses based on the physician and therapist recommendations to assist the patient in returning to the most appropriate level of care.
Nursing provides care for our patients in regard to medications, pain management, wound care, daily vital signs and much more.
Cardiology, infectious disease, pulmonary, wound care and other specialists work with our internal medicine physicians and nurse practitioners to provide the medical management of our patients.
