Lake Eustis Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 90 bed, short term, post-acute care center. Lake Eustis is located in Eustis, Florida within a residential neighborhood, and is just 5 miles from Florida Hospital Waterman. Our major health care services are sub acute care, specializing in orthopedic injuries, joint replacements, amputations, and open heart surgery. Lake Eustis was recently designated as a Silver Quality Award winner by the American Health Care Association. We also offer hospice care, respiratory care, wound care, special therapeutic diets, pain management, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy.
