Kingston Care Center of Sylvania is located in the heart of Sylvania on King Road. Surrounded by a serene wooded area with a walking path, beautiful neighborhoods and local shopping, our location provides convenience and comfort for patients and visitors. Our facility is adjacent to Kingston Residence of Sylvania, a premier assisted living and memory care community. Our 127 bed facility specializes in rehabilitation services. Specialized programs include orthopedic, parkinson's, cardiac/stroke, wound care and pallative care. We have 2 full time Certified Nurse Practitioners along with a full medical team of physicians. Our aquatic pool offers programs for in-patient and out-patient wellness programs. Activities, religious programs, open dining programs, social services and therapy services to include Physical therapy, Occupational therapy and Speech therapy are available to meet the patients needs.
