Kachina Point Rehabilitation Hospital is a 112-bed Skilled Nursing Facility nestled in the beautiful Red Rocks of Sedona. We provide 24/7 post-acute, short term Rehabilitation, Long Term Care, and specialized Dementia Care in a secure unit. We also accept Hospice and Hospice Respite patients through local Hospice Companies. Rehabilitation services include orthopedic, neurological, and cardiac rehabilitation as well as IV services and wound care. Our Long Term Care includes residents with multiple chronic health issues. Our Dementia services help to manage dementia related symptoms and behaviors, including wandering. All of our services are provided in a safe, compassionate environment that fosters independence and dignity for every resident. Kachina Point also has an Outpatient Therapy Center, open Tuesdays & Thursdays, offering, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. We are happy to give tours to family and/or patients looking for a facility for recovery from emergency or planned surgical procedures and hospital stays.
