As a Registered Nurse, Certified Care Manager and member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers I have the background and knowledge to help the senior community negotiate the often confusing and challenging aspects of the aging process. Whether it is the choice of staying within their home, or placement within an environment that will support them through an acute or chronic condition or to simply assist family members who either due to their own busy schedules or live at a distance from their loved ones, I can assist in helping maintain their family or friends in a supportive and caring manner.
