Our home health service encompasses a wide ranges of specialties and can help prevent rehospitalization, postpone institutionalization, and reduce the need for urgent care. Our team includes skilled nurses, home health aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and medical social workers.
Hospice care focuses on the needs of individuals faced with a life-limiting illness and their families, rather than focusing on the illness. Hospice seeks to offer comfort, a better quality of life, and support for the entire family. Infinity Care Services employs a diverse team of professionals, including a clinical supervisor with 30 years of hospice experience, to provide skilled medical care, pain and symptom management, and emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families. Although hospice care is most commonly provided in a home setting, Infinity Care Services can also provide hospice care in an assisted-living facility or nursing home.
In addition, for those who need non-medical home care, such as personal care, light housekeeping, etc., we offer flexible customized care plans. Non-medical services can be short term or long term, 2 to 4 hour shifts or “peace of mind” visits for as little as an hour a day--whatever best fits the needs of yourself or your loved one. A free in-home assessment is available for non-medical services.
