We are a family owned facility that offers four distinct units to provide individualized care to all of our residents:
Rehab: Short-term rehabilitative stay.
Pat's Porch: Transitional Therapy House (with luxury aesthetic).
Homestead: Memory care stay either short-term or long-term (Alzheimer's and dementia, secured unit).
Gardens: Long-term or permanent stay.
