The Laurels of Goshen is a 48-Suite, multi-unit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that promotes the highest level of care and quality of life to guests who are with us for respite, short-term rehabilitation, hospice care, or for extended stays.
The Laurels of Goshen includes four 12-Suite homes -- Strawberry Fields, Blueberry Hill, Green Gables and Penny Lane. Each house includes common living spaces and individualized delivery of care and services. The Laurel Way of Caring is to exceed the needs and expectations of those we serve daily.
