“Over the last 7 years I have had both my parents at Grand blvd for rehab. My mother was their on 2 occasions due to falls resulting in fractures. Each time was a positive experience. My mom loved the staff & made many friends along the residents. I would be there at all hours & never once witnessed anything but caring & friendly staff. My dad , unfortunately did not recover due to multiply ongoing health issues. We choose to put him on hospice. He was treated with dignity & respect & most of all love & caring.I Thank the staff at Grand blvd.”
