ECHRS is a combination of Long Term Care (Eaton Gardens), Short Term Sub-Acute Rehabilitation (Healing Center) and Outpatient Therapy (Wellness 101) located in Charlotte, MI. Our mission is to continue to provide exceptional health care services to our surrounding community through innovation, continuing education and evidence based practice. “I really can't say enough good about the nurses and staff especially the doctor who was in charge of the facility. He took time to explain my problem, what was causing many of my issues. The facility is clean and the staff responsible for the laundry did excellent care of my clothes. I might also commend the physical and occupational therapist. I learned a lot from them such as proper way of doing things to prevent me from falling; proper way to use a walker and wheelchair. I might add that my call light was answered within minutes.
