“Since September of 2019 my grandmother has been here and big thank you Ashlee and Brigit for helping me get through the tuff time of leaving grandma because she was so upset and needed to adjust. Courtney manor has great care compared to the other home she was in. If any issues with grandma someone will always call and explain to me what's happening, happened, or what they are planning on doing. The staff has been great in all departments; care for her because she is very strong willed and stubborn, keeping her busy mind wise and rehab exercise, billing if I have questions they get me answers. I'm very happy with how they care for her because I know I can't do it. If I would of left her where she was in 2019 I really don't think she would still be here with us. I thank all of the staff for everything they do everyday for everyone there.
