Adoration Home Health Care Team & Services
Our interdisciplinary Care Team is comprised of an expert panel of Clinical Managers, Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Social Workers, and Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists from your community. In addition, our agencies work with a Medical Director who assists in evaluating the care we provide and offers recommendations for improvement. Our team empowers individuals to regain their independence in the comfort and safety of home.
Our team works closely with your physician(s) to create a care plan that addresses your clinical and recovery requirements and adheres to your wants and needs. In addition, our team reviews and revises your plan of care on an ongoing basis so that it always addresses your concerns. You will always have a copy of your current plan of care while you are with us.

“I want to state that Adoration Home Health has been the best and most professional health care provider I could possibly find. I am always told when I am going to be seen. And if there is a problem with that day then it will be changed with out any problem. If I have any special questions, or needs all I have to do is talk to my Nurse. Example there have been times that I needed my medication refilled and she took care of getting it refilled for me. She has also taken urine specimens to the doctors office for me. It is hard for me to get out and sometimes the weather keeps me from getting out or it might be cold. Overall I am very excited and thankful for Adoration Home Health. And I am very thankful for the nurse that I have !!!!!!!!”
