Our facility is located in a residential neighborhood with tree lined streets. Our setting is quite, just like a private home. "We serve," we do not "work". We are located 45 minutes west of Little Rock, AR & have numerous hospitals & health care providers near by. We employee highly trained medical staff & our Elders participate in the hiring process to select competent individuals to assist in meeting their needs. We are a Skilled Nursing Facility that creates the best working environment for our employees, physicians to practice medicine & our elders to receive the highest quality of care, while providing peace of mind for their loved ones. On staff we have a Nurse Practitioner. We provide a 24/7 coffee bar for all Elders, family & staff, & beauty shop, & theater room. We offer outpatient services for PT, OT, & ST with free transportation. We have a secure environment for Elders who are dealing with dementia. We hold a VA Contract that allows us to serve Veterans with disabilities.
