Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care
Our individualized care is provided in a home-like atmosphere by skilled and compassionate registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants and therapists who are dedicated to helping each resident or short-term patient reach and maintain their optimal level of wellness. Residents have access to daily activities as well as country kitchens and living room areas, outdoor pathways, and beautiful gardens.
Bethlen Home offers private rooms, semi-private rooms, as well as, rooms with partitioned, toe-to-toe configurations. Fully furnished, our rooms provide our residents with an “at home” atmosphere that fosters the highest level of comfort for every resident.

Bethlen offers a wide range of services to our Bethlen Home community members. Features include, but are not limited to:
24-hour nursing care provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants
Dietary consultation
Interdisciplinary care plan team for Resident Care Plan development and management;
Hospice care
Integrated physical, occupational, and speech therapy, designed to help residents attain their highest level of physical well-being, available six days a week in our state-of-the-art facility.
Social Services
Private accommodations with private bathrooms
All meals and snacks, including special diets
Spiritual services and Bible studies
Social and recreational services, including bingo, parties, live entertainment, and cooking classes
Laundry service
Resident Council
Use of the community amenities including, library, dining rooms, beauty salon, and Graceful Aging Wellness, closed-circuit television programming
“" I picked Mom up on Saturday at Bethlen Home. She was very excited as one of the nurses curled her hair for her. Placing your parent into a nursing home is one of the hardest decisions you will have to make, but i have to say i now know it was the best decision for Mom. She is doing so much better! Her diabetes is under control, she interacts more, she looks forward to playing bingo and going to church. She's made a few friends, but mostly she absolutely loves her nurses and aides. They all go above and beyond for Mom. One of them bought her puzzles, one of them constantly brings her in little treats, and another made her a daily planner and is always finding special little crafts for her to do. Several staff members will sit and talk with her, and they have let her use the phone to call me at times. These ladies are a special group and they always have a smile on their faces, and they are always so friendly with me when i am visiting. I am so thankful for all of them and for helping ”
