We provide skilled nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, along with Licensed Clinical Social Worker services in your home. Accredited Home Health Services has 3 offices in Los Angeles County: Woodland Hills, Pasadena and West Los Angeles. We consistently achieve national Home Care Elite Status and 4.5-5.0 Medicare Star Ratings and are CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Partner) accredited. We are contracted with virtually every insurance company and medical group in Los Angeles County.
Additionally, Accredited Home Care is our In-Home, Non-Medical Caregiver Division. For over 40 years, Accredited has been at home with our clients, helping them with their Activities of Daily Living as they safely age in place. We offer shifts as short as 4hrs, one day a week, to 24/7 care when needed. We are dedicated to helping families thrive and stay in their own homes.
