However,that is a baseline expectation. What is it that really elevates a healthcare experience from being “just okay” to “fantastic?”

As with any service, being able to quickly get the care that one needs is crucial. Long waits in hospital Emergency Rooms or doctor’s office waiting areas can be stressful, particularly for the patient who is in pain or feeling particularly ill. Reducing wait times and and increasing the speed with which one is able to get in to see a doctor improves the overall healthcare experience.
