When hospitalized or even just in a primary care physician’s office, every patient wants to be treated with kindness, respect and compassion while having her needs addressed. However,that is a baseline expectation. What is it that really elevates a healthcare experience from being “just okay” to “fantastic?”
As with any service, being able to quickly get the care that one needs is crucial.
