How OpenPlacement & Hospitals Are Working Together (WEBINAR) Dan Trigub

April 16th, 2014

Last week in partnership with AgeTech West we gave a webinar discussion entitled: Boost Census and Streamline Placements Through Web-Based Technology .  The goal of the webinar was to discuss how hospitals are actively using OpenPlacement for hundreds of patients each and every week. We had a tremendous amount of attendees during the webinar and a very constructive and fruitful Q&A session at the end.

We have now made this webinar accessible to our entire community and you can watch a replay below. Hear how Atria, On Lok, Lytton Gardens and others are using OpenPlacement to improve the success of their placements and referrals.

Feel free to ask any questions or provide feedback/comments below! And please do share.

Webinar Goals/Objectives:

  • Learn about a new web-based platform that can connect Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living to discharge planners, care seekers & care givers
  • See how the system is currently being used by hospitals to help boost census and streamline placements by allowing discharge planners and those seeking care to find your services when it matters most – at the point of transition
  • Understand how you can use the platform to increase visibility and stand out among the competition by creating an attractive profile, share images, and create video content
  • Hear how peer aging service organizations and hospitals are using the system today

Presenters:

Dan Trigub, Co-Founder, OpenPlacement

Ron SalvadorDirector of Social Services, Lytton Gardens
