Assisted living risk management is absolutely crucial for any owner/operator in order to create an environment in which potential issues are minimized.

Because of the population of those in assisted living facilities are prone to falling, and being injured as a result, it is crucial to determine ways to diminish the potential for falls. Adopting a falls prevention program, implementing the program and testing it and evaluating the results are all crucial in order to find an effective way to minimize injuries of those likely to fall.

Good To Great CareWhen hospitalized or even just in a primary care physician’s office, every patient wants to be treated with kindness, respect and compassion while having her needs addressed. However,that is a baseline expectation. What is it that really elevates a healthcare experience from being “just okay” to “fantastic?”

As with any service, being able to quickly get the care that one needs is crucial. Long waits in hospital Emergency Rooms or doctor’s office waiting areas can be stressful, particularly for the patient who is in pain or feeling particularly ill. Reducing wait times and and increasing the speed with which one is able to get in to see a doctor improves the overall healthcare experience.
