OpenPlacement serves patients and their caregivers by helping them search and qualify care providers that best meet their specific needs. We then connect the patient directly with the care provider. Our technology gives care providers direct access to new referral sources at hospitals and with patients who otherwise would never know about them, leading to increased business and streamlining the process of care transitions.

We have a small and very cooperative group of investors and the company is already generating revenue. The primary challenge is to quickly grow the customer and revenue base. Compensation includes a competitive salary and equity.

About the Data Management Analyst Position

The ideal candidate is an experienced analyst with 4+ years data management experience, supporting and driving consistency in the data model. The data management analyst will make an immediate impact on supporting software that directly impacts patients and care providers nationwide. Our company is built on a culture of curiosity and excitement to solve real-world business problems in healthcare with data and pragmatic technology.

Responsibilities

  • Filter and cleanse data, provide analysis, and resolve data issues
  • Assess new datasets to alignment with data model
  • Run ad hoc and scheduled reports and collect feedback from customers on creating new reports
  • Analyze and manage SQL code to find data discrepancies
  • Work closely with Operations to respond to customer data requests
  • Collaborate with development team to build out a data analytics toolset

Who You Are

  • 4+ years experience in data management, data mining and analytical trending analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or other related field
  • Demonstrated ability to cleanse, analyze and connect data from multiple sources
  • Have a deep understanding of Master Data Management principles and practices
  • Excellent relational database experience
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (v-look ups, pivot tables, macros, charts, and graphs)
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Hadoop
  • Experience in healthcare, is a plus.

Post-Acute Account Manager

About the Post-Acute Account Manager Position

OpenPlacement is looking for a difference maker to play a key role managing our sales partners. This position requires the ability to build rapport, train and motivate sales people. This is a "hands-on" role where you may be asked to make sales calls. We are a small but growing organization so you will be working both as an individual contributor and in close association with the CEO. The Sales Manager will work with distributed inside sales teams to pitch Post-Acute care providers. You will guide these sales organization on how to share value over the phone and optimize contact to close rates. Travel is required.

We are looking for an individual who is analytical, resourceful, quickly able to establish credibility with clients, and comfortable managing multiple sales teams at once. This is a great opportunity to step into a young company and materially impact its growth!

Responsibilities

  • Travel to our network of distributed inside sales teams and continue to build, train and drive performance and quota achievement.
  • Work with marketing to build inbound strategy

General Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • 4 years experience in various sales management roles with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Prior experience selling to post-acute care providers a plus
  • Prior experience selling digital advertising a plus
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Manage multiple competing deadlines and priorities with tenacity
  • Up to 50% travel

The ideal candidate is driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program from a Bay Area college or university. The client services intern will make an immediate impact on supporting software that directly impacts patients and care providers nationwide. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of product training materials
  • Support the on-boarding of new customers with device setup
  • Work closely with Operations to respond to customer support requests
  • Assist the Quality Assurance team in product testing and documentation

Who You Are

Full Stack Engineering (front-end)

About the Full Stack Engineering (front-end) Position

The ideal candidate is an experienced full stack engineer with 4+ years web application experience, knowledge of the latest web technologies and an appreciation for simple, elegant code and a clean user experience. The full stack engineer will get to make an immediate impact developing software that directly impacts patients and care providers nationwide. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deploy our web application and mobile applications on Javascript MVC
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and executive team to bring these applications to patients and care providers
  • Working closely with business users to build out data and analytics tools
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment

Who You Are

  • 3+ years experience in PHP (candidates will code in PHP)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong understanding of Javascript, jQuery, HTML5/CSS and client-side performance - experience with LESS or SASS a bonus
  • Strong knowledge of build systems for automating tasks, such as Grunt or Gulp
  • Familiarity with the LAMP environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
  • Strong software design skills utilizing OOP concepts with a focus on testability
  • Good relational database experience
  • Strong source management skills, preferably using Git
  • Experience with consumer facing high traffic web applications a major plus
